Please note that there have been recent changes for candidates who are non EU nationals in relation to tier 1 and tier 2 visa applications. A significant number of clients in the retail sectors have had their quota of tier 2 sponsored highly skilled migrant workers licences reduced, meaning a significant reduction in the availability of jobs at this level.
In addition to this, the points based system for tier 1 applications for highly skilled migrant workers has also been revised.
