Location

West Midlands, Solihull

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform installation, repair and preventive maintenance activities on all company products at customer locations.
  • Execute field activities in strict adherence to Quality System Procedures and requirements.
  • Utilize troubleshooting skills to determine equipment issues and restore equipment to proper operation.
  • Provide comprehensive documentation of service and performance testing completed.
  • Coordinate activities as an essential team member within a field organization to meet customer expectations.



Experience Preferred

  • Flexibility and commitment due to customer demands working within the imaging department environment
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Technical field service experience (preferably medical) requiring strong technical & excellent communications skills
  • Demonstrated PC competency required in Windows with working knowledge of MS Office
  • Proficiency in operating Windows based laptop with knowledge of MS Office software products
  • Must be able to implement corrective action for equipment failures, work under pressure, and manage customer accounts relative to service matters
  • English language proficiency
  • Experience with CT / MRI imaging devices preferred but not essential


Qualifications / Requirements

  • Degree in electronics, certificate from accredited electronics school or equivalent combination or education and experience in related field
  • Min 5 years field service experience
