Territory sales manager Neurovascular - London and Brighton


Are you currently working in the device sector but are looking for a new challenge and want to specialise in a niche sector of the market?

Our client is currently a market leader in multiple device areas and their Neurovascular part of the business has seen significant growth which will continue for the next 5-10 years at least. This growth has seen all UK team members consistently hit target over the past 4 years.

We are looking for a territory sales manager to join the business and focus on around 10 core centres in the London area, with an acute focus on 4 hospitals. The role is working with a global orthopaedic brand that has outstanding product ranges and is recognised as a market leading device specialist. Our client has won multiple awards, employs over 20, 000 professionals globally and can offer sales professionals outstanding career progression, development and training.


London & South east - Including Brighton

Key Information

  • You will be an excellent relationship builder and manage existing accounts and develop new business.
  • Provide a supported, clinically focussed and intuitive sales experience for all clients.
  • Attend daily cases, providing a support training and selling on all products
  • Carry out the full sales cycle, interacting with all professional partners both internally and externally.
  • You will receive market leading training and be supported by fellow sales professionals, management and internal sources


  • £35k - £50k Basic
  • Circa 30k on target bonus - Exceed available
  • Executive level car
  • Pension, training, medical insurance

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Ideally the successful candidate will have Theatre or Lab sales experience in neurovascular/cardiology/radiology
  • Candidates must have direct hospital sales, ideally theatre for this role
  • You will be able to boast a proven track record of sales excellence
  • Candidates must be dynamic, proactive, driven, ethical, highly organised and a strong communicator
