An exciting opportunity within South-East London has become available for an enthusiastic and passionate Optometrist.

The successful applicant will join one of UK's most reputable optical brands, who are keen to help the right candidate progress their clinic knowledge and approach with patients.

Details:

The business is a franchised multiple practice that prides itself on offering a level of personal service uncommonly found within a multiple business

Working hours:

  • 10:00am - 7.00pm Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm on Saturday

Position available:

  • Full time
  • Part time

Within the practice:

  • 2 consulting rooms
  • Experienced; Optometrist, Dispensing Optician and Optical Assistant
  • Using a paperless patient management system and state of the art equipment

South-East London



Key Benefits:

Very competitive salary depending on experience along-side a fantastic package

  • Between £40K - £55K (Newly qualified through to experienced professionals)


Flexible testing times enabling high quality patient care

  • 25 minutes

Working days may vary depending on the flexibility you require offering greater freedom for work life balance

Closed Sundays & Bank Holidays

The practice is brand new and opening at the end of April giving you a great opportunity to have your say in the future direction the store will be adopting

  • Nidek Auto Phoropter
  • Auto Refractor
  • Humphries VFA
  • Slit Lamp
  • Non-Contact and contact Tonometry (Goldmann, Perkins and Pulsair)
  • Alongside a very efficient paperless patient management system

Clinical training in place running MECS, PEAR & WOPEC training schemes for all Optoms within the Business

Happy to enrol employees on extra CET a self-development programs, truly encouraging progression and development as an Optical professional with CET training inside and outside of work and evenings arranged by the company

20 days holiday plus bank holidays

  • 28 in total
