Senior TSM / Sales Business Manager Orthopaedic M40 Corridor

Upto £50k basic + Outstanding bonus package - On target Circa £30k (Uncapped) + car/allowance, pension, medical, package etc

We are currently recruiting an orthopaedic sales specialist with a global orthopaedic brand that has outstanding product ranges and is recognised as a market leading device specialist. The client employs over 35, 000 professionals globally and can offer sales professionals outstanding career progression, development and training.

Our client is a market leader and has highly established product ranges across all orthopaedic specialities - This particular role will be focussing on the exciting world of Trauma products.

The successful candidate will be required to negotiate significant level business deals with existing clients and new potential hospital contracts. Working at senior management level, board of directors and procurement.

This role will be responsible for the South Midlands and the M40 Corridor.

Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years surgical sales experience and have been responsible for managing significant level of business in the NHS and Private Hospital Sector.

Key Information

  • Deliver full territory management
  • Manage existing accounts and drive new business/look to convert competitor accounts.
  • Strategic development of the entire region - working in unison with internal and external partners.
  • Deliver full case support, experiencing daily theatre attendance
  • Act as a market and product specialist to drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Develop relationships with leading surgeons, key management figures and procurement.


  • £35-£50k Basic Depending on experience
  • 25k -£35k On target Bonus with over achieve available
  • Executive level car or Car allowance of £5-700 PCM
  • Pension, training, medical

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • The successful candidate will have hospital sales experience of 18 months, ideally having exposure to surgical cases.
  • You will be able to boast a proven track record of sales excellence and growth delivery.
  • Must be degree educated ideally in a Science, Sport or Anatomy related field
  • Candidates must be dynamic, proactive, driven, ethical, highly organised and a strong communicator.
