Territory Sales Manager in Orthobiologics - Kent Sussex/Surrey - up to £43k+ £18k OTE & lucrative overachieve

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Territory Sales Manager specialising in orthobiologic products. Our client is a global brand who is a market leader in this specialist area and rapidly expanding with their unique products. The client employs over 750 professionals globally and can offer sales professionals outstanding career development.

You will be responsible for managing an existing portfolio of clients and looking to secure new business, within NHS, private hospitals, and professional sporting bodies.

Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years medical device, trauma sports, physiotherapy (or related industry) sales experience to be considered for this position, ideally selling within the NHS. An orthopaedic background would be beneficial, but is not essential.

Key Information

  • You will maintain and protect existing accounts whilst actively seeking out new business opportunities
  • Provide a professional and intuitive sales experience for all clients
  • Carry out the full sales cycle, interacting with all professional partners both internally and externally.
  • Conduct clinical in-service training programs with appropriate customers
  • You will receive market leading training and be supported by fellow sales professionals, management and internal sources

Package

  • Basic - Flexible depending on experience circa £35k - £43k
  • Highly competitive, uncapped commission circa £18k OTE plus lucrative overachieve
  • Executive level car or car allowance
  • Pension, training, medical

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Candidates need direct theatre sales experience of at least 2 years
  • You will be able to boast a proven track record of sales excellence
  • Must be degree educated ideally in a Science, Sport or Anatomy related field
  • Candidates must be dynamic, proactive, driven, ethical, and highly organised and a strong communicator
