This fantastic independent clients, owners of a small number of Pharmacies in the Reading and Oxford area is seeking a hands on Pharmacy Manager to be the face of their Reading store.

The ideal candidate will be highly service-driven and enthusiastic about representing the Pharmacy, playing a crucial role in building relationships and maintaining the high standard of service that defines their reputation.

Key Duties

• Providing NHS services
• Providing Pharmacy first
• Phlebotomy, Earwax removal and vaccinations are the most popular services provided
• Minimal checking of prescriptions as the pharmacy has high technology in checking

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

• GPHC registered Pharmacist
• Minimum of 2 years experience
• Pharmacy First Trained
• Phlebotomy (favoured)
• Vaccination trained
• Earwax removal trained (favoured)
• Must have a great personality and enjoy face to face engagement with customers
• Must be personable and happy to be a part of a team
