Small Animal Veterinary Hospital is looking for a new RVN or SVN to join their team, based in Kendal. No OOHs, only 1 in 8 weekends and open to full or part time hours!
If you are a Registered or Student Vet Nurse who has an interest in working in a specialist referral centre with fantastic career development opportunities, this is the position for you!
The busy, exciting Hospital located in Kendal has a huge experienced team made up of specialists in their fields, with multiple certificate holders and advanced practitioners all with a range of interests. This makes this particular role especially exciting and will provide the successful candidate with a diverse range of cases to work on to pursue their interests and develop their nursing skills.
This position is ideally full time but part time hours can also be considered.
The rota for full time would be Monday-Friday, from 7.30am-8.30pm with no OOHs and only 1 in 8 Weekends, making this position ideal for work-life balance.
Key Duties
- Inpatient care
- Monitoring anaesthesia
- Ward nursing
- Working alongside the team, to provide high standard of care to patients
Package and Benefits
- Between £22,000 and £32,000 Depending on experience

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements
- Open to both Registered or Student Veterinary Nurses
- Previous hospital experience desirable but no necessary
- Eligible to work in the UK
