Our client is looking for a full-time dentist to join their premium, state-of-the-art clinic with a solid reputation. This practice delivers excellent patient care, progressive dentistry, and a refreshing approach to general dentistry services. Key Duties

• Provide general dentistry, including preventative care, restorative and cosmetic dentistry, dental surgery and extractions.
• Provide guidance and advise on oral health and hygiene
• Develop treatment plans and educate patients on recommended procedures
• Collaborate effectively with the wider team to ensure the best patient care
• Uphold the clinic's high standards of hygiene, professionalism and care

Package and Benefits

• Basic retainer salary of £90,000 & earning potential up to £180,000
• 40-42% commission on monthly sales revenue
• Potential for support with relocation costs
• 1 Dentistry CPD per year is paid for by the client

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

• New graduates or experienced dentists
• Bachelor's Degree in Dentistry, Dental Surgery or Dental Medicine
• Valid UK dental license with eligibility for Australian registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and associated working visas (with support from the client)
• Relevant qualification recognized by the Dental Board of Australia
• Strong experience in general dentistry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to high standard of patient-centered care & strong clinical skills and standards
• Willingness to relocate to Brisbane, Queensland
• A true team player, open to collaboration and discussing cases with peers
• Keen to continue learning, growing, and practising at the forefront of dentistry
• Growth-minded, with a willingness to expand your skills and take on new challenges
