An Excellent First-Opinion Practice Is Looking to Expand Their Team of Three Highly Experienced Vets in Braintree.

A great chance to join an excellent first-opinion practice and a team of three experienced veterinarians, including the Director who boasts nearly 30 years of invaluable experience in the field.

The practice team is very supportive, and their collaborative atmosphere ensures that you'll have the guidance and support you need to excel in your role. They understand that every veterinarian has unique interests and are committed to supporting your professional growth with a highly generous CPD budget - which can fund certificates. They are also visited by orthopedic and soft-tissue surgeons, as well as a cardiologist, who handle complex cases. If you're eager to develop your skills in these specialized areas, they can provide the guidance and resources you need to excel. If you have aspirations to take on a more leadership-focused role or if you're passionate about mentoring others, they will encourage and assist you in achieving your goals.

Key Duties

• - Open to full- and part-time hours.
• - Can be flexible on working patterns, had one vet doing two weeks on two weeks off.
• - Full-time is 4 days per week. (0900-1900)
• - 1/4 Weekends - Saturday 09:00 - 18:00, Sunday 10:30 - 16:30.
• - No OOHs

Package and Benefits

• Salary up to £65,000 DOE.
• RCVS, BVA, and VDS memberships paid.
