Practice hours: 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. 9am to 4.30pm Saturday and Sunday
Key Duties
- Practice/Store Manager role
- 5 days per week 37.5 hours a week.
- Overall responsibility for running the store, conducting reviews, hitting KPI's, controlling cost, team player etc.
- Mon - Fri 9-5.30, Sat and Sun 9-4.30. Training once a week usually on a Weds so 8am start.
- Open 7 days per week. 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. 9am to 4.30pm Saturday and Sunday
- Working hours will be Monday - Saturday 9:00am-5:30pm. Saturday and Sunday 9:00am-4:30pm
- Work closely with excellent support team in a superb bright modern practice setting

- Manage all customer enquiry, while maintaining a well presented practice
Package and Benefits
- Strong basic salary of up to £32,000 depending on experience

Key Skills and Qualifications
- Possess the right to work in the United Kingdom
- Optical Experience is essential
- Must have managerial experience
- Must be commercially minded
