Salaried GP Role, Waterlooville


Please read on to discover more about an excellent opportunity to join a superb surgery in the Havant/Waterlooville area seeking a Salaried GP with an optional view to Partnership.

The role is at a high achieving and well-regarded surgery who have a strong and stable team of GP Partners and Salaried GP's. The Partners are forward thinking and innovative and keen to adopt new working processes which ease the workload on the GP's. The GPs are supported by a superb team of highly skilled ANP's and other allied healthcare professionals, as well as an excellent clerical support team meaning admin is well managed. They are a training practice so there would be opportunities to get involved in teaching and training, as well as support on offer to develop interest areas.

Key Duties

  • Seeking 5 to 6 sessions
  • Flexible on days and session start and finish times
  • Workload of circa 12 calls plus 4 face to face appointments (f2f appointments at 15 minutes)
  • Very low home visits
  • List size of circa 15,000
  • High QOF score, Good CQC report
  • Emis Web
  • Training Practice
  • Optional view to Partnership
  • Support to develop interest areas

Package and Benefits

  • £10,200 to £10,500 per session per annum
  • Indemnity fees covered
  • 6 weeks annual leave
  • 1 week CPD leave

  • Contract in line with BMA model contract

Registered GP with the GMC, possess the right to work in the UK, included on NHS performers list Can consider newly qualified GP's
