SUMMARY
This is a superb Registered Manager role in a small, independent nursing home in Croydon.
The home itself is really lovely, with beautiful gardens providing an opportunity for alfresco dining in summer.
The home has a really good reputation, all Good CQC ratings and Gold Standard Framework (Beacon Status).
KEY DUTIES
This is a 40 hour, 5-days per week role
REWARDS
- A basic salary in the region of £45,000-50,000 dependent on experience.
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
- Care home management experience is essential(nursing home or residential care home)
- We're looking for a strong manager, with good commercial acumen and a strong track record of success in all key areas of care home management
- Genuine passion for elderly and palliative care
