Experienced salesperson/consultant – Mergers and Acquisitions– Fast track management opportunity – Starting salary circa £30,000 - £35,000 + uncapped bonus structure

Prospect Estates, in partnership with one of the UK's largest healthcare recruitment firms, Prospect Health, is looking for an ambitious and talented individual to join our rapidly growing team.
As one of our mergers and acquisitions consultant, you'll play a vital role in helping healthcare businesses grow and develop by providing them with the guidance and support they need to succeed. Working with business owners and managing directors of healthcare companies with up to £10 million turnover, you'll learn all aspects of the M&A trade, and we’ll fund and support you to become ACCA certified in business valuation.
On an average day you will prospect for new business, hold in-depth consultations with business owners, and advise them on their acquisition or exit strategies. You'll help our buying clients find the ideal acquisition target and guide them through each stage of the sale process. With our selling and retiring clients, you'll help them plan the sale of their business, provide them with a detailed valuation, and guide them through the sale process.
