Full-time Business Administration Job, Harrogate

We are now looking for our next team member to work full-time with our business support team.

We’re located in the middle of Harrogate, 2 minutes from the train station, 3 minutes from the bus station and opposite the Everyman Cinema and Waitrose. With about 40 employees operating out of our exquisitely designed open plan offices, we provide a highly lively and inclusive work environment.

Our support team is the lifeblood of our company, working behind the scenes to apply strong administrative skills across all 9 of our recruitment divisions, allowing our team of consultants to excel at what they do.

You will join an experienced, existing team who are focussed on all the administrative tasks that enable the company to work optimally. Duties include but not limited to;

  • Data Entry

· Processing and Reviewing Job Applications

· Communicating with Job Applicants

· Liaising with our team of consultants

· Updating our bespoke CRM database with key information, business intelligence and leads.

  • Managing advertising campaigns

· Curating outbound marketing campaigns & processing leads

The ideal candidate must be driven, energetic, and detail-oriented with a desire to join our established team and contribute in an administrative capacity in our bustling recruitment office.

Key Qualifications

  • GCSE Pass in English and Maths

· Some office experience would be good but full training will be given so is not completely necessary

· A good understanding of Microsoft office packages – Word, Excel and Outlook
