The role will initially see you joining our resourcing team within our record-breaking Primary Care division, where we will develop you extensively and enable all the skills you need so that you will be able to take full ownership of your own territory or specific market within your chosen specialism within a 12–18 month period.
The last 3 individuals we recruited in this very seat have progressed and been promoted and are now excelling in the business operating at consultant level each earning in excess of £40K per year!
Your role in this team will see you build relationships with an extensive new and existing network of General Practitioners, assisting many newly qualified GPs to explore their first employed roles post qualifying as a GP on completion of their registrar year.
This is a target driven environment where you will need to be comfortable communicating over the phone and on video calls, building rapport and developing long lasting relationships with your candidates and clients, as well as working as part of a wider team,
You will be supported by a highly experienced management team and will have access to our brilliant admin, support and marketing functions. You will also have your own dedicated professional development plan designed to catalyse your learning and enable transparency on how to further develop your career with us.
We offer a combination of blended learning approaches based on coaching, external seminars which are supported and underpinned by our own in-house training academy. In addition, our bespoke learning management system offers over 100 contextual training courses to catalyse your learning and progression as a consultant and with it your earnings and success within the business.
This role is a recognised pathway to becoming a fully qualified consultant.
You could realistically expect to earn around £30,000 as on target earnings in your first year in this role (made up of basic and commission) with the opportunity to increase this significantly year on year as you progress to consultant level, master your markets and make your mark!
We also offer a meritocratic approach to increasing your basic salary where once in a consultant role you will have the opportunity to increase your basic by up to £10K in the first 24 months based on pre-set milestones and targets.
Located in the centre of Harrogate, 2 minutes from the train station, 3 minutes from the bus station, opposite Everyman Cinema and Waitrose we offer a very vibrant and inclusive working environment, with around 40 members of staff working out of our beautifully designed open plan offices.
