We're looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Trainee Mergers and Acquisitions Consultant. No experience necessary - we'll train you in all aspects of the M&A trade and even fully fund your ACCA certification in business valuation.
In this role, you'll work with managing directors and business owners of healthcare companies up to £10 million turnover. You'll help them grow their businesses through the acquisition of established businesses and plan their exit strategies on retirement. Day to day activities will include prospecting for new business and holding consultations with business owners to advise them on their acquisition or exit strategy.
You'll benefit from a competitive uncapped bonus structure, flexible working hours, and early finishes. Part home working will also be offered on completion of your induction. In your first year, you can expect an OTE of £27,500 - £30,000, and in your second year, OTE increases to £50,000. And with experience, it's not uncommon for our Acquisitions Consultants to earn in excess of six figures.
We also offer a meritocratic approach to increasing your basic salary where once in a consultant role you will have the opportunity to increase your basic salary up to £10K in the first 24 months based on preset milestones and targets.
