Fixed Term Salaried GP Role, Abingdon
Ideally suited to a Newly Qualified GP. Excellent practice in Abingdon seeking a fixed term GP to work until approximately September 2023. This is a part time role with 6 sessions available and a session rate of £10,000.
This is a single site training practice located in the historic town of Abingdon. The practice is highly regarded in the Oxfordshire region and offers a very supportive and nurturing environment. You will be working within a skilled multi disciplinary team including GP Partners, GP Trainers, Pharmacists, Nurse Practitioners, Nurses and HCAs.
There are regular clinical and non clinical meetings to ensure that your CPD is up to date and that you can share best practice with your colleagues. The workload is very manageable with minimal home visits due to the support of a visiting team. There are also systems in place to optimise admin work.
The position would be ideally suited to any level of experience including newly qualifying GPs as there are mentoring schemes available. The practice welcome informal visits and conversations for you to find out more.
- 6 sessions including 2 Friday sessions per week
- Fixed term contract until approximately September 2023
- 16 patients per session

Package and Benefits
- £10,000 per session
- £60,000 for 12 month period
