My client is seeking an enthusiastic Pharmacist Manager to lead their Fife branch. The ideal candidate will embrace all aspects of the pharmacy contract and deliver a high standard of care, supported by a skilled team that includes qualified ACT's

The branch boasts a spacious consultation room and dispensing area, creating a comfortable environment for delivering a full range of services. With a centralised robotic hub and strong support from head office, administrative tasks are kept to a minimum allowing more time for patient care.

This is an excellent opportunity for a pharmacist passionate about community healthcare and exceptional service.

• Independent Prescribing qualification advantageous

OR

• Full IP support, including DPP mentorship provided for those wishing to qualify
• Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm + alternate Saturdays 9am - 12.30pm

Key Duties:

• Lead and manage daily pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with all legal, professional, and company standards
• Opportunity to develop private & NHS healthcare services
• Supervise and develop the pharmacy team, fostering a positive work environment and supporting staff training
• Drive business performance, managing stock, budgets, and service delivery to meet targets and enhance patient experience

Package and Benefits:

• Salary from: £55,000p/a - £60,000p/a (+bonuses/IP supplement)

Essential Requirements:

• MUST be a qualified Pharmacist in the UK
• MUST have GPhC registration
