Relief Pharmacy Manager: Multisite Role, Dolgellau

Are you an innovative Pharmacy Manager looking for the opportunity to build an award winning healthcare team in Dolgellau?

This popular, nationwide Pharmacy group are looking for a Relief Pharmacist with the drive to be proactive in providing an array of services in a community pharmacy.

We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager who embraces change and is able to lead an existing team with new and existing business initiatives. You will have a positive "can do" attitude, promote and deliver services within the team and provide a great customer experience within the pharmacy. The ideal candidate will have a real hands-on approach to the way we do things. Someone who is a strong leader and knows exactly what it takes to make the whole team tick and is focused just as much on building relationships as you are your business.

Key Duties

  • Manage the pharmacy business to maximise its profitability in line with annual budgets and KPI's. Control costs and ensure all colleagues operate in line with business requirements and initiatives.
  • Ensure all colleagues comply with operational guidance, SOPs and company policies.
  • Forward plan and manage all business activity to ensure required actions are completed in a timely fashion and to the required standard.
  • 42.5 Hours per week
  • Working Pattern: To be confirmed

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

  • MUST be a registered Pharmacist in the UK
  • GPhC registration
