Audiologist / RHAD

New to the market: We are on the lookout for an Audiologist / RHAD to join a practice that is located in a high-value, Sheffield area on a full time basis. Well known for its friendly atmosphere and customer care.

Are you a customer focused and patient centred Audiologist / RHAD? If so , then we have the perfect opportunity for you in Sheffield.

We are seeking an experienced Audiologist / RHAD to join our reputable, patient-focused practice. The ideal candidate must have significant experience in audiology, be confidence in their clinical skills, and be HCPC-registered.

You will be working with like-minded professionals in Sheffield with occasional coverage of other branches, where travel expenses will be covered. We offer 36 days of holiday including bank. This full-time role also offers significant growth opportunities, including the potential to advance into a clinical leadership position.

Successful applicant's will enjoy using state-of-the-art equipment, including the latest ENT microscopes, soundproof booths, and a variety of premium hearing aid brands (Resound, Signia, Phonak, Oticon, Starkey)

Interviews will be conducted on Fridays, and this is an urgent vacancy.


Key Duties

  • Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments, including initial screenings and full consultations
  • Perform wax removal procedures using microsuction or other methods (training available if needed for newly qualified Audiologist's)
  • Provide expert advice and fitting services for a wide range of premium hearing aids, tailored to each patient's needs.
  • Ensure the highest standards of patient care and clinical outcomes, maintaining a patient-focused approach in all interactions
  • Participate in regular clinic audits and updates to clinical protocols, ensuring best practices are followed
  • Operate and maintain state-of-the-art audiology equipment, including ENT microscopes and soundproof booths
  • Manage the ordering and inventory of audiology supplies and hearing aids.
  • Work closely with support staff and like-minded professionals, to develop and refine your skills, with opportunities to take on a clinical leadership role
  • Branch based opportunity with occasional travel to cover other branches as needed. Mileage expenses will be covered for travel beyond the main location
  • Support the practice's reputation for ethical, patient-centered sales by empowering patients to make informed decisions about their hearing health
  • Contribute to the practice's commercial success while upholding its clinical values


Package and Benefits

  • Market leading remuneration package of up to £35,000 - £40,000 DOE + uncapped bonus potential (details to be discussed in interview)
  • This will be a Full-time position, 40 hours/week with options to work Monday - Friday OR Tuesday - Saturday.

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

  • Applicants must be HCPC registered as a hearing aid dispenser
  • We need someone mature and confident in their skills, ideally with experience in microsuction (training can be provided to newly qualified Audiologist's).
  • Newly qualified professionals are welcome but must be eager to learn and grow.
  • Full right to work in the UK with no restrictions
  • UK drivers license preferred
