Talent Acquisition Consultant - South Africa

p> Fantastic Opportunity to work remotely from South Africa on a Basic salary of R15,000 – 20,000 per month + up to R,5,000 in commission.

R25,000 on target earnings.

We have a unique opportunity for an ambitious and driven professional to join our global team.

Operating remotely from home, you will play a key part in growing our companies market share by using proactive recruitment techniques.

You will be responsible for managing a UK territory responsible for attracting, approaching, and engaging with medical and healthcare professionals.

You will be part of a wider team of consultants who deliver recruitment services enabling increased market coverage.

You will be a skilled communicator capable of operating at pace and volume and used to working to and smashing targets.

You will be a natural rapport builder but also have the capability to think on your feet handling objections with ease and presenting solutions.

Previous experience in an outbound phone / call focused environment would be extremely attractive to us, as well as anyone who has had exposure to recruitment in a BPO capacity or has operated as a 360 or 180 degree recruiter where engaging with or headhunting candidates has been part of the role.

There would be future career development opportunities and scope to grow within the organization as we increase our headcount in SA and with it the need for the introduction of a management structure.

This is a work from home opportunity which will require the mirroring of UK business hours of 12am – 8pm UK time. SA Equivalent 2pm – 10pm.

Our working week is Monday to Friday, but we would be prepared to consider a 4-day working week Monday – Thursday for a truly exceptional individual.

On offer is a basic guaranteed salary of between R15,000–20,000 per month. With the opportunity to add up to R5,000 in additional target led commissions.
