Small Animal Vet Role, Independent Practice, Wolverhampton

I am recruiting for a very proud, independent practice based in the West Midlands looking for a motivated Veterinary Surgeon to join them on a full-time basis.

The practice is one amongst a handful of independent practices left within the West Midlands region. They are proud to be independent and see no future plans of changing this!
The practice is part of a 2 site Veterinary Group, you will be based in their busy 7 Vet practice with excellent support in place from a great nursing team. After recently moving premises, they are a modern facility. They are extremely well-equipped with a spacious environment. The practice has 3 consultation rooms, 2 theatres and a large prep area. Some of the equipment includes digital X-ray and recently upgraded Ultrasound.
Across the 7 Vets you can enjoy the support and experience they can offer. With 3 certificate holders and 2 Vets working towards their certificates you will be fully supported and encouraged daily!

Key Duties
Ideally we are seeking a Vet to join on a full-time rota basis. We will be considering applications from Surgeons keen to work between 3-5 days per week.
The rota allows an excellent work-life balance with no Sundays required or bank holidays. You will be required to work on the weekend rota of 1:7 Saturdays between the hours of 9.00AM-2.00PM. There is no additional OOH or on-call requirements.

Package and Benefits
The successful candidate will enjoy a very competitive salary between £50,000-£60,000 per annum dependent on the rota you're working and previous experience. You will have access to essentially an uncapped CPD allowance with funding available from £1,000 as standard to funding up to certificate level.
The practice actively encourages and supports certificate and further study. You will have RCVS, VDS and other memberships of your choice paid. They offer a standard 28 days holiday allowance including bank holidays.
