Clinical Director Role within Multivet Practice, Haywards Heath
Successful and well-established independent practice seeking experienced Veterinary Surgeon for clinical director position. Salary up to £70,000.
A very unique opportunity has arisen within this multi-vet practice for an experienced and ambitious individual to come in as clinical director. The successful applicant with be tasked with driving the practice forward alongside a dedicated business manager and an exceptionally skilled and experienced existing team. Previous management or leadership experience may be advantageous, but it is not necessarily a must if you have a good level of clinical experience and a decent business understanding.
There is potentially room for some flexibility on the rota, but we are ideally looking for someone to work a 5-day week of shorter, 8 hour days. In addition to this you would be expected to work 1 in 6 weekends which would include elements of on call, there is no on call requirement through the week, however. 1-2 days per week will be designated to non-clinical duties as standard.
The offered package will be very competitive with salary going up to £70,000, 5 weeks holiday and a £2000 CPD allowance. There are a number of other perks as well in the form health care and with professional memberships being covered as well.
