Our Client is looking for a RVN to join as an assistant/deputy head nurse part-time, 24 hours per week, and are flexibility around working hours to accommodate your schedule. Key Duties
- Supervise and assist in managing 3 clinics (a full clean driving licence is required)
- Prioritize tasks and project manage effectively
- Support and contribute to the development of the nursing team and practice
- Utilize Schedule 3 skills daily
- Participate in clinical decision-making processes
- Nurse a variety of procedures and surgeries in a first opinion practice
- Promote animal care and welfare through gold standard nurse consultations
- Flexibility to cover Head Nurse annual leave is essential

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements
- Clinical Coach with 2+ years of experience in a senior position
- Registered on the RCVS and eligible to work in the UK
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage projects
- Strong interpersonal skills for a diverse and dynamic team
- Excellent nursing care and consulting expertise an a passion for animal care and welfare
