Surbiton veterinary surgeon vacancy. Four day week, no OOH and very competitive salary up to £55k.

This exciting new role consists of a four day working week with one in two Saturday mornings (9-11:30) and no OOH. The extensive facilities include an ultrasound and digital x-ray and a variety of surgical and medical cases. The practice offers 15 minute appointments and prides itself on offering an individual approach to each client and pet. This is a hugely rewarding and supportive practice with veterinary surgeons with experience ranging from 7 to 40 years.

Key Duties
Key duties of this role include undergoing numerous surgeries and consults throughout the week which will consist of a four day working week with one in two Saturday mornings (9-11:30) and no OOH. Offering a trustworthy, caring and familiar approach is key to our practice along with a focus on specific interests such as ultrasound or medicine work ups.

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

Small animal medical and routine surgical experience is essential along with face to face consultations and a minimum of two years in clinical practice. RCVS qualification is essential and having some previous sole charge responsibility is desirable. Effective communication skills are hugely important along with a positive attitude and ability to engage well with other surgeons.
