Our excellent Independent Community Pharmacy client in High Wycombe is seeking a leading Pharmacy Manager Monday to Friday. This is a GPHC registered Pharmacist role.

This High Wycombe, modernly refurbished Community Pharmacy have a passionate and driven team and are looking for a Pharmacist to help boost their community impact and improve health outcomes.
The hours are Monday to Friday.

Key Duties

• Organised and a good leader
• Excellent communication skills, in order to effectively lead the team and be willing to go the extra mile to ensure our customers receive the care they need.
• The team welcome a new approach to their workflow and processes in order to improve productivity and patient satisfaction.
• Competent in community Pharmacy
• Willing to provide service and learn new skill to develop the business and self

Package and Benefits

• Salary up to £55,000 per annum
• Benefits Package included
• 49 hours per week

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

• Registered on the GPHC
• Qualified Pharmacist
• Managerial Experience desired but not essential
