Northern Territory Sales Manager - Oxygen Therapy Woundcare

Are you a successful medical sales rep currently specialising in woundcare, within the hospital setting either NHS or Private?

We are currently supporting an exciting SME device business who has delivered consistent growth in the past 10 years and is now in an exciting moment of expanding into new product specialities.

Our Client has secured exclusive rights to distribute a specialist range of devices within oxygen therapy woundcare, this is a hugely exciting development within wound treatment and there is a great opportunity to deliver great success in establishing this revolutionary treatment.

Candidates looking to be considered, must have a minimum of 2 years experience of working in woundcare sales, hosting a passion for this specialism & hold a strong network . Unfortunately, if you do not have this direct experience the client will not consider you for this role.

Identify and engage clinical professionals to deliver a full sales cycle within your defined region. You will responsible for business development, product training and account management to deliver positive sales growth in the short, medium and long term.

Territory Details

Northern England; North East, North West, Lancashire, Yorkshire

Key Duties

The key responsibilities of a Territory Sales Manager include, but are not limited to:

  • Prospecting for new clients primarily within the hospital setting but also considering opportunity outside this space, promoting and advising on the product range
  • Maintaining existing business relationships and building new ones, including making face to face client visits as required
  • Providing product demonstrations and presentations
  • Providing direct product support in the operating theatre
  • Providing professional and effective sales coverage
  • Maintaining an efficient customer record system and update as necessary.
  • Providing sales support as required at exhibitions, educational events, and seminars.
  • Delivering full sales cycle & developing long lasting relationships
  • Complete territory ownership to deliver success

Package and Benefits

  • £35-£45 basic (Depending on experience)
  • Uncapped commission
  • Company car or allowance Circa £600 pcm, laptop, mobile phone

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

  • Being educated to degree level with a scientific focus is preferable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers and at all levels of the business.
  • An organised, articulate and dedicated individual that has the drive and desire to succeed.
  • Proven track record of territory sales management
  • A full clean driving license
