New Veterinary Surgeon role located in Hailsham, salary up to £55k!

This Small Animal practice offers a mix of medical and surgical work which is equally shared between the team. The role consists of a four-day working week with a fixed day off and a weekend rota of one in four Saturdays where you will work between the hours of 8:30am-15:30pm. Once you have worked your allocated Saturday, you will gain the following Friday afternoon off. The role requires no other OOH, weekend or bank holiday work which provides a healthy and manageable work life balance.

The practice itself is equipped with specialist facilities such as digital x-ray, high quality ultrasound, dental x-ray, iM3 dental station and high-end anaesthetic monitoring. You will be working alongside a fairly large and supportive team consisting of vets, nurses and support staff which will help to motivate, teach and develop you to enhance your career and grow both personally and professionally.

Key Duties

This full-time role has a four day working week working only one in four Saturdays and no OOH. The role will include both medical and surgical work, working alongside a motivated and driven team with ongoing development and personal growth in both clinical and non-clinical areas.

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

Some essential requirements for this role is being rcvs registered, have knowledge and experience in both medical and surgical work and hold a full driving licence. Some desirable requirements include being able to work well in a team, have a cheerful and motivated personality and be skilful with patients and great with clients.
