Account Manager Role - Hospital Endoscopy Devices

Hospital sales role with Industry leading, international medical device business covering highly established Endoscopy portfolio.

An exciting opportunity to join a highly regarded, global med tech leader, who hold an outstanding reputation in the industry and who's innovative medical solutions have improved the health of patients globally.

We are supporting our client to secure a highly talented, clinically focused professional who is keen to develop their sales skills and join a highly established and successful UK team.

In this role you will be providing clinical support and training to assigned accounts, ensuring that the clinical teams are provided with excellent product training and support.

This is a technical portfolio, and you will be hands on with the devices, working alongside the clinicians and hospital professionals on a daily basis.

The client can offer clinical sales professionals outstanding career progression, development, training and professional development.

Territory Details

  • West Midlands

Key Duties

  • You will manage existing accounts and develop new business, having full territory management responsibility, selling a range of endoscopy capital and consumable products into NHS and private hospitals.
  • To perform procedural training, provide clinical support and therapy development, delivering excellent product in-servicing and product evaluations
  • To build and enhance relationships with the hospital teams, through product demonstrations, educational programs, product in-services, procedural observation, and problem resolution
  • To contribute to the development of the annual strategic plan by providing the senior management teams with detailed business intelligence for accounts in the area.
  • To develop and implement a proactive plan, with wider team members, to increase the quality of service to customers
  • To attend and actively participate in customer, company and industry sponsored events and meetings

Package and Benefits

  • Basic salary £40k - £50k

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

  • You must hold at least 2 years sales experience, working with technical clinical products, selling into the hospital environment
  • You must be Degree educated, ideally in a Science, Sport or Anatomy related field
  • Have a driven, motivated, ambitious and customer focused mentality
  • Good communication skills - internal and external relationship builder
  • Be flexible in travelling and hold a full UK driving licence
  • Be willing to learn and teach others
