Veterinary Surgeon Team Leader Role, London

A well-known charity is looking to add a new Veterinary Surgeon to their hospital in the heart of London. The role is open to full-time applicants and offers a fantastic work/life balance with a weekend rota of just 1 in 7!

Based in the heart of London, just north of the River Thames, this charity hospital is on the look out for a Veterinary Surgeon to join a close-knit team of supportive, experienced professionals.

The vacancy is currently is a full-time position (37.5 hours per week) and offers no out-of-hours work, as the practice believes that delivering an amazing work/life balance helps vets to provide the outstanding service that they are looking for in their fast-paced environment. As well as a generous holiday allowance of 25 days, plus paid bank holidays, the role comes equipped with a CPD allowance of £1000 and 1 week. The rota consists of 1 fortnightly shift at the sister site in Ilford and boasts a fantastic weekend rota of 1 weekend every 7 weeks.

The team understand the importance of personal growth, and understands that everyone has different interests. Therefore, they will support all ambitions that a candidate may have, whether it be developing clinical skills to move towards certificates or working towards a management goal. You will be joining a large, experienced team who pride themselves on giving the best care possible. They often look to share complex case information, make suggestions and offer advice to one another in order to nurture and develop vets of all levels of experience.

In return, they expect a candidate to champion their belief in charity and promote client contributions where possible, as well as a willingness to share your knowledge, skills and lead by example.

Package and Benefits
