A rare career opportunity has opened up with a small group of local and independently run pharmacies. who are looking for a key player in the development of this well established community pharmacy.

Fantastic opportunity for a Pharmacy Manager in Stevenage area (Hitchin). Client is looking for a Pharmacist Manager Monday to Friday (no weekends.)

Seeking a keen service provide in a well staffed community Pharmacy.

Key Duties

• Coordinate and oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy store
• Lead, coach, mentor and develop your team to deliver high performance
• Oversee the procurement and supply of medicines
• Administer immunisations and vaccines to patients
• Monitor and ensure customers are prescribed the correct medicines
• Develop strong relationships with customers, GP's and other health professionals
• Ownership and delivery of financial targets for the store

Package and Benefits

• Monday to Saturday - £58,000 per annum
• Monday to Friday working £48,000 per annum
• 45 hours per week
• Paid lunch
• Lucrative bonus structure

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

• GPHC registered Pharmacist only
• Managerial experience desired
• Business minded
• Service driven
