Job Summary:
The job included studying the current Training programs in HR HMC, Analyzing and understanding the gap (Gap Analysis) and provide feedback on the existing programs and then develop and design new programs for HR Learning and Development Section.
ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:-
Education | Bachelor's plus Master's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, MIS or a related field |
Experience | 1. 5 years or more experience in Health Sector particularly Learning and Development section. 2. Has extensive experience in projects related to L&D. |
