This Bristol Referral Hospital is seeking a new Ophthalmic Nurse to join their friendly busy team.

Flexible working hours and a salary of up to £30,000 this is an opportunity not to be missed!

Set in the lively City of Bristol, this Referral Hospital looks to welcome a new member to their close-knit Ophthalmology team of 6 Ophthalmic nurses and 9 Ophthalmologists. The ideal candidate would be passionate about offering the highest standard of medical and surgical support to their team and care to their patients.

This position can be open to either full or part time hours and the flexibility to work around the perfect candidate's needs. With the latest equipment in the ophthalmology unit and both CPD Days and allowance, this is a wonderful opportunity for any RVN who has an interest in both Ophthalmology and Anaesthesia.

Key Duties

• Responsibility for surgical and medical support and all aspects of inpatient care within the Ophthalmology unit as well as confidence monitoring Anaesthesia in theatre
• Working as part of a team of both Ophthalmology Vets and Nurses to deliver the best quality of care for patients
• Flexible working hours can be fixed to work around the ideal candidate, with either full or part time hours

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

• Eligible to work in the UK
• Qualified and Registered Vet Nurse
• 2 Years' experience
• Interest in Ophthalmology and Anaesthesia
• Experience of referral nursing is an advantage but not a necessity
