Independent Colchester practice looking for Small animal Vet to join their collaborative forward thinking practice. Both Full and part time positions available, No OOH, flexible rota and superb work-life balance. A huge emphasis is put on staff wellbeing.

this well-established forward thinking practice is looking for a small animal Vet to join their unique forward thinking practice.

The practice itself is based in Colchester with great transport links to London and neighbouring towns with the practice less than 10 minutes' walk from the train station. They also offer a £1500 sustainable travel bonus to help with both environmental impact and your own travel costs.

By remaining independent it has allowed the team to dictate policy, progression and the direction the practice takes. Team ethos and Wellbeing are key to them, with regular wellness activities and socials as well as a purpose built wellness Garden for that much needed down time.

Days tend to start at 8.30am with the first patient coming in at 9am and the last at 6.20pm consult time s run daily 9am - 12pm then restart at 3pm - 6.20pm.

There are No OOH only 1 in 4 Saturday mornings allowing for that ever sort after great work-life balance.
