Independently owned practice seeking new vet to work alongside existing ten vet team.

With 10-13 vets in total, including multiple certificate holders with interests in surgery, exotics, ophthalmology, imaging, and medicine, The Practice is a dynamic and supportive environment where you can thrive and grow in your career.

You'll enjoy a 4-day working week, with 3 full days and an early finish at 3pm on the 4th day. Plus, every other Saturday morning, giving you the flexibility to balance your work and personal life.

With no OOH's, you can rest assured that your work-life balance will be respected and you'll have plenty of time to enjoy your free time.

The Package at The Practice is unbeatable, with a starting salary of £34,000 for new graduates and a likely range of 40-70k for more experienced vets. Plus, you'll receive a generous £2000 CPD allowance to further your knowledge and skills.
On top of this, you'll enjoy 5 weeks holiday plus bank holidays, and the practice can even offer accommodation and/or a vehicle to help make your transition as smooth as possible.
