A fantastic opportunity for a motivated veterinary surgeon to join a bustling greater London practice has become available. The role offers a fantastic work/life balance as well as salary of up-to £60k.

The opportunity has arisen to join a community-loved veterinary practice in the lovely London borough of Ealing. The practice is situated inside an old bank building, and therefore offers a unique layout and feel when you walk through the doors. Whilst having a spacious work-place is a benefit in itself, the practice also utilise the space by using the old vault as a superb, purpose-built cat kennel. Alongside the fantastic layout, the practice is well equipped with all the usual toys which include a brand-new, state-of-the-art dental x-ray machine.

The role requires a vet who is passionate for their profession, always willing to go the extra-mile for both they animals they care for and the animal owners. Alongside the usual rota, the candidate will be required to work 1 in 3 Saturday's as well as provide cover at the branches nearest hospital on a 1 in 8 Sundays basis.

In return, the successful candidate will be rewarded with a basic salary of up to £60,000. On top of that, there is a brilliant holiday allowance on offer, with the amount increasing with length of service. There is also an uncapped CPD allowance, meaning that candidates can explore any and all areas of the veterinary profession and develop their career the way they wish.

Key Duties

• Provide excellent client care

• Desire to help and support both pet and pet owner
• 1 in 8 Sundays and 2 bank holidays at the partner hospital
• 1 in 3 Saturday's in branch
• Routine surgery

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

• RCVS Registered
• Excellent communication skills
• 2+ years experience
