Multi site Audiology / RHAD role in Kettering, two to five days, midweek only, work alongside like-minded professionals while enjoying up to £35,000 basic salary + bonus + car allowance.
Job Summary
- New Audiology / RHAD role in the Kettering area, working for a private, independent audiology group with four successful practices. Established for over 30 years, our client focuses on providing exceptional patient care with state-of-the-art facilities and equipment
- Enjoy working with a dedicated team of like-minded professionals including experienced receptionists, and a wax removal specialist
- Focus on providing high-quality, patient centred care
- Build rapport with patients, offering a personalized approach to their hearing health needs and
- educate patients on hearing health, hearing aid maintenance, and other relevant hearing topics
- Review the day's schedule and patient files to prepare for appointments and ensure all necessary equipment is calibrated and ready for use
- Enjoy professional freedom and weekly travel to patients' homes for hearing assessments and follow-up care
- Coordinate with the reception team to manage appointments and patient flow.
Key Duties
- Conduct initial hearing screenings and comprehensive assessments and discuss hearing assessment results and recommend suitable hearing solutions
- Fit and program hearing aids based on individual patient needs while performing adjustments and fine-tuning to ensure optimal hearing aid performance
- Educate patients on proper hearing aid usage and maintenance
- Conduct home visits for patients within a 10-15mile radius, provide hearing assessments, fittings, and aftercare services in patients' homes
- Conduct follow-up appointments to monitor patient progress and address concerns and offer support for hearing aid adjustments and troubleshooting
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and update patient files and clinic database with relevant information
- Ensure all audiological equipment is calibrated and in proper working condition
Package and Benefits
- Available to work anything between 2-5 days per week (37/38 hours per week FTE contracted hours)
- Available to work 9am-4:30pm mid-week only
- Willingness to be trained if required and provide wax removal services
- Full UK drivers licence
- Happy to work both clinic based and field50/50 split role
- Market leading remuneration package up to £35,000 + £300 per month car allowance or access to pool car during working hours

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements
- Must be HCPC registered or eligible to register as a Hearing Aid Dispenser
- Must have a valid UK driving license and access to a car (car allowance of £300/month or use of a pool car available)
- All levels of experience welcome from newly qualified to experienced professionals
- Confident with both clinic and domiciliary work
- Able to work independently
