A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a confident Vet Surgeon to take the next step in their career to lead a team as Cliical Director, based in Cheshire. With a flexible working rota and a salary of up to £75,000.

We're in search of an experienced Vet to lead a standalone clinic based in Cheshire, where you'll have the unique chance to design and build your own practice from the ground up.

This role is a mixture of both non-clinical and clinical responsibilities, therefore the successful candidate would have to be confident in all routine surgery and have some team-leading, or metoring experience.

This role would be ideal for an entrepreneurial-minded Vet Surgeon who is looking for the next step in their career and a chance to grow a practice in a fantastic, busy location.

Key Duties

• Lead the development and implementation of the clinic's vision, values, and strategic direction.
• Build and mentor a new team from scratch, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
• Strong surgical skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional care to every patient.

The hours and rota arrangements are negotiable, tailored to suit the preferences of the right candidate, with no out-of-hours commitments.
