• Fantastic just released prospect for a patient focussed Dispensing Optician / Optical Assistant now available with fully independent practice near Greenwich, FTE hours are only 34 hours per week!
• Our exclusive client has a superb reputation in the area accrued through it's many years of exceptional patient care and service, where test times are up to circa 45 minutes and you will be working with cutting edge testing equipment including OCT, Optomap and digital measuring equipment
• You will work closely alongside the practice owner who is an Optometrist and a highly experienced and friendly team which boasts exceptionally low staff turnover

Key Duties

• Full time is preferred 4 days mid week and regular Saturdays. (NB, If an experienced qualified DO registered with the GOC then there is the possibility to work 3 days mid week plus Saturdays as well)
• 9am-5:30pm working hours mid week with early finish on Saturday at 1pm to enable superb work life balance. (NB, FTE hours are only 34 hours per week!)
• Opportunity to work in a clinically varied environment that caters to both NHS and more higher end private clientèle of all age groups sue our client's proven track record of assisting patient's even with the most challenging clinical needs
• Test times up to 45 minutes allowing dispenser to enjoy a busy but well paced practice setting
• Experienced and long-standing staff working in the practice, all with circa 10 years+ tenure
• Enjoy working with a paperless patient management systems and state of the art testing equipment including OCT, Optomap and digital measuring equipment
• Maintain the practices excellent reputation through exceptional patient care and recommend from a choice of beautiful bespoke frames to bets suit patient needs

Package and Benefits

• Basic salary ranging from circa £24,000 - £32,000(depending upon level of qualification experience)
• * GOC and ABDO fees paid in full
• 5 weeks holiday + bank (33 days in total)

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

• Be a GOC registered Dispensing Optician or most recent work experience have been two years or more work within optical dispensing with a proven ability to dispense at all levels
• Student Dispensing Opticians who still require supervision may also apply
• Must hold full right to work in the UK
