This vibrant small animal & exotics practice in Feltham is seeking a dedicated RVN to join our friendly team and contribute to our exciting caseloads. With no OOHs and a salary of up to £33,000!

The practice itself is bright, spacious, and equipped with state-of-the-art technology. They boast digital X-ray, ultrasound, separate wards for dogs, cats, and exotics, as well as in-house laboratory facilities. Additionally, they have cardiology facilities and ECG capabilities, enabling us to provide comprehensive care to our diverse patient population both small animals and exotics.

They are progressive in their approach and value inspiration and growth within the team. If you have an interest in administrative tasks, there is an opportunity to be involved in this aspect too.

Key Duties

Our client is seeking an experienced RVN to join their team. They welcome individuals who are already Clinical Coaches or have mentoring experience, but if not, they are more than willing to provide training and support. The practice is looking for someone who is versatile and adaptable, as they will have the opportunity to shape their position according to their interests and strengths, whether that be more focused on clinical work or administrative tasks.

The practice values work-life balance and understand the importance of flexibility. While they ideally seek a full-time RVN, they are open to discussing various hours and shift patterns that suit the right candidate. They also ensure our team members have a good work-life balance with no Sunday or OOHs requirements.
