State of the Art Practice, Optometrist Role, Retford, 2-5 days per week, Base Salary up to Circa £55,000.

A fantastic opportunity has just arrived in the Idyllic market town of Retford working with a thriving practice that drives their Optometrist's to the peak of their professional careers. On offer is a negotiable basic salary up to circa £55,000 dependant on experience, a lucrative bonus scheme that will be introduced shortly, huge levels of support throughout your career as an Optometrist and finally a fantastic working environment with a close knit and friendly team. The directors appreciate that flexibility is paramount for all staff and aims to provide the Optometrist an ideal work life balance that is few and far between in the Optical industry these days.

The practice itself has a clinical background too with MECS, Pre & Post Cataract and QUES very much the norm here, but they have close ties with the local hospitals and looking to bring on Glaucoma Refinement and other schemes in the very near future.
This opportunity would be perfectly suited to a clinically orientated Optometrist or someone who has the aspirations to be and that can enjoy the full support and encouragement to progress and develop into achieving the highest professional capacity that they want to be!

Key Duties

• Have a real passion in providing strong levels of customer care and professional excellence
• Ensure that you provide good levels of customer service to customers at all times
• Take a hands-on approach and be keen to get involved and build rapport with the rest of the team
• 2 to 5 days a week is required with some weekend work included
