A lovely, independent, first-opinion practice are looking to add another vet to their team

The practice has been running for nearly four decades with two branches in Mildenhall and Ely, with you having the option of working at either branch exclusively. In total there are five vets in the practice, with three working at Mildenhall and two at Ely, and eight RVNs split between the branches.

The practice can tailor the role to your specific interests and will support your development in any area - for example they have supported one vet through a diagnostic imaging certificate. And have all the equipment required to facilitate this. They can even make it a consult-only role if required.

They are open to full- and part-time candidates, and can offer a less intense rota than most practices as they close at 18:00 each night, with a standard four day week involving either 36 or 38 hours! In addition, there are 1/4 Saturday mornings (09:00 - 12:00) with no OOH!

Key Duties

• Open to full- and part-time candidates.
• Full-time is 4 days per week. (08:30 - 18:00 at Mildenhall or 09:00 - 18:00 at Ely)
• Weekend rota 1/4 at Mildenhall or 1/4 Ely, Saturday (0900-1200)
• Can do consult-only.
• No OOH

Package and Benefits

• Salary bracket £55,000 - 70,000
• CPD budget: As long as it benefits the practice.
• Can support certificate (Has supported diagnostic imaging certificate.)
• Currently 4 weeks holiday, looking to increase to 5 week.
• RCVS, VDS
