A brand new opportunity has just become available for a full or part-time Optical Assistant to join a well-established and reputable Optician based near Worthing.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Optical Assistant to join a renowned practice on a full or part-time basis, where your working schedule can be tailored to best suit you and your lifestyle.

The practice itself is very well-established and is equipped with the latest technology in Optics including OCT's & Phoropter's to ensure the best outcome for their patients eyesight.

With a family feel to culture within the practice, this practice offers an excellent working environment where you will be working closely alongside the business owners.

With numerous options for both clinical and career progression, this position would suit a Optical Assistant keen to develop within the profession.

Key Duties

• Flexible full or part-time role
• Days available from Monday-Sunday which can be tailored to your preference. One weekend day required per week
• Well-equipped modern practice including paperless records
• Working alongside an experienced and tenured team including qualified dispensing staff and long-serving Optometrists
• Excellent team spirit where they value each employee's hard work and commitment and understand that these are the key factors in the driving force behind success

Package and Benefits

• Competitive salary between £21,000 - £25,000 plus bonus c. £400 per month depending on experience

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

• Must have prior experience as an Optical Assistant
• Right to work in the UK essential
• Should enjoy working within an engaging team environment and dynamic management team and be passionate about eye care
