This independent group is a leading healthcare provider in Southampton who are committed to delivering exceptional patient care. They are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pharmacist Manager to join their dynamic team.

As a Pharmacist Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our pharmacy in Southampton. Your responsibilities will include managing staff, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining a high standard of customer service. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate pharmacist to take the next step in their career.

Key Duties

• Manage and lead a team of pharmacy professionals, maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensuring efficient workflows, inventory management, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Maintain a high level of customer service, providing advice, and building strong relationships with patients.
• Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure the accuracy and safety of pharmaceutical services.
• Ensure the pharmacy complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.

Package and Benefits

• £26 per hour
• Working hours of Monday-Friday (9am-6pm)
• Ideally work Saturday morning (9am-1pm)
• 5 weeks holiday per annum including bank holidays
• Bonus scheme available

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

• Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
• Own a right to work in the UK.
• Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a pharmacy setting.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Proven leadership abilities with a focus on team development and motivation.
