A rare and exciting opportunity for a vet surgeon to join one the West Midlands' fastest growing independents on a full-time basis!

A fast-growing, excellent independent practice is the heart of Dudley is looking for a new veterinary surgeon to join their family-owned business.

You will be joining an experienced, well rounded team in a modern, state-of-the-art building where veterinary care is at the heart of everything they do. The practice is purpose built, with a stylish aesthetic, and boasts high-grade equipment to allow an array of services and procedures.

The role is full-time across 4 days, although part-time and job share is also to be considered. You will enjoy a wonderful work life balance, working 1 in 3 weekends which consist of Saturday mornings only. You will enjoy a diverse, interesting caseload where no two days will ever feel the same. You will see a mix of consultations and surgery, and will be expected to provide a high level of clinical care in line with the practice's standards.

In return, a successful applicant will receive an excellent remunerations package which includes a salary of up to £60,000. You will also enjoy a holiday allowance of 5 weeks, as well as paid bank holidays. On top of these paid days, you will be entitled to your birthday off, as well as a day to work for a charity of your choice. CPD allowance is an uncapped amount, meaning that you will have the benefit of being able to progress your career the way you feel is best.

Key Duties

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

• RCVS Registered
• At least 1 year's experience in clinical work
• Excellent communication skills
• Right to work in the UK
