A leading independent practice in Louth, Lincolnshire wants to expand its team with another vet, offering salaries up to £70,000!

A lovely independent practice based in rural Lincolnshire is looking to expand their existing team of three vets - excluding a visiting orthopaedic surgeon, five RVNs, two SVNs, and two ACAs. The practice itself boasts excellent facilities, with two surgical theatres, multiple consult rooms, a dedicated euthanasia room, separate dog and cat waiting rooms, and an induction room for day patients so they are kept separate from the ward. The practice is also very well equipped with a brand new ultrasound machine, heated ICU kennels, and a full Idexx Lab.

The practice are open to vets of any experience. If you are a New Grad the clinical director is a VetGDP mentor who loves teaching; if you are a few years into your career they are keen to facilitate to your continuing development and will fund and support certificate study; and if you have many years experience under your belt they can tailor the role to your interests!

Key Duties

• The role itself can be full- or part-time, with full-time averaging 39 hours per week with the practice open 08:30 till 18:30.
• This also includes the weekend rota, which is Saturday morning only (08:30-11:30).
• As the practice hosts they own OOH provider, you also have guaranteed continuity of care for any patients kept overnight, but also do not have to do any OOHs yourself so you can still have a good night's sleep!
