Business Development Manager Nordics Vacancy

Lead the growth of our client's Vascular product market in the Nordics as a Business Development Manager!

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive market growth for our client's Vascular product portfolio across the Nordics. You will be responsible for maintaining and expanding our client's market presence, achieving sales targets, and delivering exceptional customer support. This role requires a self-motivated individual with a strong background in medical device sales and business development, particularly in the Nordic region.

Key Duties

  • Manage and grow the Vascular product market in the Nordics.
  • Engage with customers to secure existing business and identify new opportunities.
  • Present products, negotiate agreements, and convert leads into sales.
  • Attend tradeshows to support sales, generate leads, and assess market trends.
  • Maintain accurate customer data and prepare sales forecasts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering, and Regulatory.

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a commercial discipline.
  • High proficiency in English.
  • Proven experience in direct sales and distributor management.
  • Background in Medical Device Sales and Business Development in the Nordics.
  • Minimum of 3 years of outside sales experience within Medical Devices.
  • Willingness to travel 30-40% within the Nordics.
