We had just expanded the capacity of our Care Home from 16 to 30 beds and the workload was becoming overwhelming. I had not had a holiday in several years and eventually realised I needed a Manager to take the business forward.
We had previously tried recruiting through local newspapers and care magazines with no luck, so we looked for help on the internet and found Prospect Health.
They fully vetted our needs, and soon enough he presented Karen to us as a potential candidate. Things moved quickly and in no time Karen was in for an interview and we have made her an offer.
Karen is a breathe of fresh air. She is down to earth, approachable, hardworking, gets the job done, get on well with the staff and is really committed.
We have just taken our first family holiday and are planning another one soon thanks to Karen and Prospect Health!
