This role is suited to a high-achieving individual who has the capabilities to successfully maintain compliance and care standards. We are looking for a capable and professional Care Manager to join a superb Nursing Home in Folkestone, with accommodation for 30 elderly residents, some with Dementia.

The home has benefited from generous investment by the provider over the years, and boasts en-suite bedrooms throughout, beautiful patio and gardens, with a commitment to continually improving and maintaining facilities.


This is a unique opportunity to join a successful, well established home; working alongside the Owners of the business, offering support and guidance, allowing the Manager to deliver the very best standards across the board.

Responsibilities to include:

  • Ensuring compliance, including auditing and documentation
  • Creating and monitoring care plans
  • Mentoring and developing the staff team
  • Welcoming and onboarding new residents
  • Maintaining the exceptional reputation of the home, working towards achieving an "outstanding" rating


  • The successful candidate will be knowledgeable of CQC requirements and will understand and be able to implement the processes and procedures required to achieve "good" and "outstanding" inspection outcomes, with a record of consistently achieving these results
  • They will have excellent relationship building skills and will continually deliver the highest standards of service to residents and their relatives
  • Experience of managing a Nursing Home is essential, RGN qualification desirable but not necessary


  • £60,000 to £80,000
